Card Sharks: Pokémon Trading Show In Harwich Port Attracts Collectors

HARWICH PORT – Buyers, sellers and collectors turned out to try and catch ‘em all at a daylong Pokémon trading card show at Pilgrim Congregational Church last Saturday.
The Harwich Port event, called the Seaside Pokémon and Trading Card Show, was the first of its kind held at the church, according to organizer Matthew Scinto, Pilgrim Congregational Church’s music director.
A couple dozen sellers set up their wares — Pokémon and other kinds of trading cards along with various collectibles — at tables spread throughout the room, as attendees walked around perusing the items.
Event proceeds went towards church missions and outreach programs.
