Residents are invited to come and meet the candidates for the upcoming May 19 annual town election.
The Orleans Citizens Forum is hosting a Candidates Night event May 7 at 5:30 p.m. at Lower Cape TV, 5 Namskaket Rd. Mefford Runyon and Mary Wright are running for the two available seats on the select board, while Sassandra Roche and Ron Collins are running for two seats on the Orleans Elementary School committee.
“While none of the town races are contested, you'll have the opportunity to learn and ask questions about how Orleans will develop over the coming years,” the Orleans Citizens Forum said in a press release.
The event will also be hosted virtually via Zoom. A Zoom link can be found at orleanscitizensforum.org.
