“I’ve lived on the Lower Cape for over 30 years,” said Sharon Mabile, real estate sales associate of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices/Robert Paul Properties. “But I’m still a washashore right?” she laughs. “It was my home as soon as I stepped on this peninsula.” And she wants to help you make it your home too.
Mabile was a high school math teacher at Nauset Regional High School for 14 years. She was drawn to real estate and got her license in 2014.
“Rick Smith, then owner of Chatham Real Estate, taught me a great deal about the business. He introduced me to so much. I will always be thankful for my role at Chatham Real Estate.”
In the summer of 2015, Mabile met Tony Guthrie. “Funny story, we actually could have met in 1993, when we both were at Chatham Bars Inn. Tony was the managing director at the time and I was at the Beach House Grill. Our paths never crossed!”
Mabile and Guthrie were business partners for nearly 10 years as the Guthrie Mabile Team. “It was a powerful partnership on so many levels,” Mabile said. “We’re still very close. It was just time; our lives were taking different paths.”
Both Mabile and Guthrie recognize the importance of giving back to the community. “I believe in paying it forward,” she said. Mabile supports the Animal Rescue League, WE CAN, Cape Abilities, the Family Pantry and other local charities.
Why call Mabile if you have the need for a realtor?
“I’m authentically myself, I’m not a salesperson,” she said. “I’m a relationship person. I cater my services to what you need whether you’re a buyer or a seller. I know how to figure out the best way. I have lots of connections here on the Cape, mostly on the Lower and Outer Cape, with people who can help in any transaction. When you call me, you’re getting me and my people.”
Mabile is a proud mother of a 17-year-old son, who is active in the drama department at Monomoy Regional High School.
“I am so grateful for my job; I love my job,” she said. “Please call me anytime. I welcome the conversation and potentially your business.”
A healthy Barnstable County requires great community news.
