Pleasant Bay Announces Sailabration Gala, Sailing Workshops

EAST HARWICH – Pleasant Bay Community Boating will host its annual Sailabration Gala at 6 p.m. on June 21 at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club.
Attendees will take in the sweeping views of Pleasant Bay while enjoying hors d'oeuvres, raw bar, a carving station, desserts, complimentary wine from Truro Vineyard, beers from Hog Island, a live auction and entertainment.
Tickets for the gala go on sale May 1 and cost $175 until June 1, $200 afterwards.

Workshops Offered
New this year, Pleasant Bay will offer three- to four-hour workshops to help locals prepare for the sailing season. On April 20, the workshop will cover navigation, May 18 will feature an on-land rigging demonstration and June 8 will be a racing workshop.
